Tampa Tom is used to being cussed out. After Tampa Bay Buccaneers head coach Bruce Arians revealed that he doesn't give new quarterback Tom Brady any special treatment and treats him just like any other player — including cussing at him — the sports world has been swirling on how Brady would react to being treated like any other player on his new team.

This is not surprising considering who Brady is and who his former coach was. In spite of his stoic nature while speaking with the media, Bill Belichick is one of the most competitive coaches in the history of the NFL, expecting perfection from his team at all times.
That is one of the staples of what has become known as The Patriot Way. In spite of their good relationship, Brady was not immune to Belichick's wrath. Belichick has always been known for treating every player — from his starting quarterback to the last player on the roster 00 the same. This mentality seems to be something Arians shares, which works fine for Brady. If Brady thought he would get it easy in sunny Tampa (which I doubt he'd want anyway) he certainly isn't getting it. Tom is taking the same approach on the flip side as well, treating all of his teammates, from long-time teammate Rob Gronkowski to the rookies, the same.
Time will only tell if all the hard work, and cussing, will pay off for Brady and the Buccaneers.
