The bond in the Tampa Bay Buccaneers locker room has produced quite a season for the team and Tom Brady knows it. Brady and the rest of the Buccaneers have surpassed all expectations en route to booking a trip to Super Bowl LV to face the Kansas City Chiefs.

Ahead of Brady's 10th Super Bowl appearance, the legendary quarterback had nothing but love for Buccaneers coach Bruce Arians. Coming from two decades worth of experience under Bill Belichick during his New England Patriots days, the 43-year-old Brady explained how things are rather different now and showered praises on Arians (via NBC Sports).

“He's a great leader, he's a great person, he's a great friend, he's very loyal. He's just got a great way about communicating effectively with everybody around here, and everybody has a great affection for him for the person he is. There's nobody who would ever say anything bad about him. Everyone wants to win for him.”

The much more laidback Arians has done a marvelous job in his second season with the Buccaneers. The 68-year-old led the squad to an 11-5 record. His first year teaming up with Brady has already resulted in the Buccaneers' first trip back to the Super Bowl since 2002.

“He puts a lot into it, expects a lot out of it, and just really excited for him to be recognized. He's done an amazing job this year with the team. I just love playing for him.”

While it won't be easy against Patrick Mahomes and the rest of the defending champions, Tom Brady is looking for his seventh Super Bowl ring and he's leaning on Bruce Arians to help him achieve that.
