Denver Nuggets star Nikola Jokic's brothers have come to his defense after an altercation with Miami Heat sharpshooter Markieff Morris. His brother, Marcus, fired a shot at the Joker late on Monday night with a cryptic tweet:

Then the Jokic bros responded with this on their Twitter account:

Oh boy. I'm not sure if Nikola Jokic will encourage anything like this, but that's what siblings do. They protect their own. That's why it's understandable why both sides fired out these tweets. The Nuggets comfortably beat the surging Heat on Monday, but the Joker got heated when Morris shoved him around mid-court. He quickly responded, but Morris had already turned his back:

In case you forget, this isn't the first time the Jokic brothers have made their voice heard. In the Western Conference Semifinals a number of months back, the two wanted a piece of Devin Booker after an altercation:

Anyway, the Nuggets big man apologized for his actions on Monday and admitted it was a stupid play. Nonetheless, both he and Morris were ejected. The Heat visit Denver on Nov. 29. You better believe Jokic's brothers will be in attendance. As for Jimmy Butler wanting to meet the Joker in the locker room, well, If his two siblings are involved, I think he'll be backing out of that situation. Those are some big boys.
