Denver Nuggets big man Nikola Jokic took home the NBA MVP award for the first time in his career after a fantastic season. As the Nuggets prepared to take on the Phoenix Suns in Game 2 on Wednesday, Jokic rocked a special t-shirt to fire back at the doubters that had been against him throughout his entire life and it's pretty awesome in every way.

It is clearly a shot at everybody that put him down and didn't have faith in him. However, Jokic can get the last laugh, which is fitting since his nickname is the Joker.

Nonetheless, Jokic has been simply fantastic and a mess to deal with as the Nuggets finished as the third seed in the Western Conference and found their way past Damian Lillard and the Portland Trail Blazers.

Jokic has every reason to be a little edgy, after all, he saw 40 players get drafted ahead of him in the 2014 NBA Draft and his journey to becoming an NBA superstar has been rather unique.

Now, Jokic has one MVP award to add to his trophy case and there should certainly be more hardware coming his way if he continues to play at a high level for the next few years.
