It's been an ugly game so far between the Green Bay Packers and Seattle Seahawks. Both teams are struggling and it's been an ugly contest throughout. Unfortunately, Aaron Jones fell to an injury and is questionable to return.
The footage doesn't look terrible, but Jones is clearly experiencing pain in his knee. Michael Fabiano shares a clip of what caused the injury to the Packers' star running back.
According to Ari Meirov, “Aaron Jones left the blue medical tent with tears in his eyes.” That's never a good sign. The Packers running back has been on fire so far this season, but it's looking like Green Bay might be without Aaron Jones for some time.
For now, Aaron Jones is questionable to return. There hasn't been an update on his injury as of yet. AJ Dillon steps in as the Packers' starting running back, who has looked efficient with his opportunities this year. We'll see how Green Bay does without Jones, but the offense is missing one of their best players.
According to Adam Schefter, Green Bay believes “Aaron Jones suffered a sprained MCL but will undergo further testing.” This would likely be the best-case scenario for the Packers, but it's still up in the air.
Keep an eye on Aaron Jones and the Packers, as more information will come to light soon. We might not know exactly what is wrong with his knee until after the game. For now, AJ Dillon takes over the starting job, who isn't a bad running back by any means.
