Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers trended online on Saturday after he reunited with former teammate and now Las Vegas Raiders wideout Davante Adams.

Adams posted a photo of him and Rodgers on Instagram, drawing several reactions from their fanbase. The two seem to have reunited in Las Vegas to play some golf and have fun, though some couldn't help but joke around how it means Rodgers is going to the Raiders–which is your usual banter on Twitter, putting meaning to something that has nothing at all.

Still, the reunion sparked a lot of talks, with some sharing how it's great to see the two maintaining their friendship despite Adams' departure from the Packers. Of course there were also some who joked about the meaning of the meeting, as well as what the two could have talked about during their time together.

To be fair, we're also wondering what the two talked about during this brief reunion. Could have Aaron Rodgers asked Davante Adams about his recent comments comparing the Packers QB to Derek Carr? Surely, we would have wanted to be there and just hear what they discussed.0

Of course we shouldn't read too much into the photo. In the end, it is just two friends hanging out before the 2022 season starts. There's nothing wrong with that. In the end, the NFL remains a brotherhood despite the competition.

And hey, it's not like Adams simply asked to be traded away from the Packers. He did have a conversation with Rodgers and discussed what the future holds for them.
