The Green Bay Packers are facing off against the undefeated Arizona Cardinals on Thursday.

Arizona, a squad that is playing like the best team in football, was already going to be a tough task for Aaron Rodgers and the Packers.

The task has gotten even harder as the Packers could be without all these players for Thursday's contest against the undefeated Cardinals:

  • WR Davante Adams
  • LT David Bakhtiari
  • WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling
  • OLB Za’Darius Smith
  • OLB Preston Smith
  • CB Jaire Alexande
  • C Josh Myers CB Kevin King

Green Bay got some bad news Monday when they found out wide receiver Davante Adams will miss Thursday's game. Adams is the team's top receiver.

The 6-1 Packers will travel short-handed to face the 7-0 Cardinals, whom they could very well meet in the NFC Championship.

The Packers' defense is heavily hurt by these injuries and they're already facing off against one of the league's best offenses that the Cardinals possess. The task is going to be tough for Green Bay.

With that said, Aaron Rodgers and Aaron Jones must produce more than ever if they want to have a chance to win. This would be a tough task for anyone, but if one guy can beat an undefeated team with little to no help, it's Rodgers.

Arizona versus Green Bay is a highly anticipated matchup. The Cardinals definitely have the edge in this one, but never count Rodgers out.
