Veteran wide receiver Odell Beckham is currently on the waiver wire, but he would surely love to clear waivers and be free to pick his next destination. While a recent report suggested the Seattle Seahawks were his preferred destination on a list that also included the New Orleans Saints and San Francisco 49ers, a new report from Jordan Schultz says Beckham wants to join Aaron Rodgers on the Green Bay Packers should he clear waivers.

Signing with the Packers would give Beckham a great opportunity to win the Super Bowl. While Green Bay just suffered an ugly loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Jordan Love's first start, Rodgers will be back as soon as this weekend against the Seattle Seahawks. The Packers are 7-2 and in firm control of the NFC North.

If Beckham were to wind up in Green Bay, he would be playing with one of the very best wide receivers in the NFL in Davante Adams. One would think OBJ would have a good opportunity to make an impact while playing with Adams and Rodgers. His dad surely wouldn't be taking to Instagram to badmouth the future Hall of Famer.

We'll see where Beckham actually winds up.
