With everything that's happened with Aaron Rodgers since he took his last snap again the Arizona Cardinals in Week 8, the Green Bay Packers likely just want him to take his next one ASAP.

Signs point to that happening this week as the smart money is on the Packers activating him in time for their tilt against the Seahawks. But while it seems likely, it's still not a 100% guarantee.

Via PFT:

Rodgers still has a hurdle to clear. He is eligible to return Saturday, having served the required 10-day quarantine for unvaccinated players, but must be asymptomatic and have a team doctor clear him.

Rodgers himself claimed that there was a “small possibility” that his return would be delayed if any setbacks occur. While there's anticipation in him being available on Sunday, the Packers are still preparing as if he won't be.

Via Zach Kruse:

“Yeah, but you know, a lot of things happen,” Packers coach Matt LaFleur said Friday  “So just like we told Jordan, you have to be ready to go, and if that’s the route we’ll go, he’ll be ready.”

Jordan Love and the Packers have been operating the same way they did when they knew Aaron Rodgers wouldn't be available last week. But more than likely we'll be seeing Rodgers' flowing locks zipping passes downfield in the near future.
