Aaron Rodgers' future with the Green Bay Packers remains uncertain, and the rumors about a potential move to the Denver Broncos only adds fuel to the fire that his time with the Green Gang is all but over.

Broncos legend Terrell Davis poured gasoline on those talks to keep the Rodgers-to-Denver trade going, telling FanDuel that he has “heard too many insiders” hinting that landing the veteran QB is a big possibility.

“I do,” Davis said when asked if he sees the Packers superstar becoming the next Broncos quarterback. “I'm not playing. I’m serious. I've heard from too many insiders, too many sources—it makes too much sense for us not to get Aaron Rodgers. That's the talk of Denver. I'm in Denver now so I hear the daily talk… It sounds like that is the most likely scenario.”

Now it is important to note that it's not clear whether Terrell Davis has inside info or he's just sharing what he has been hearing from the Denver media, but it is certainly intriguing to hear it from a franchise legend whose words certainly hold some weight.

Aaron Rodgers has yet to make a decision about his future with the Packers, though it has been reported earlier that Green Bay is prepared to make him the highest-paid QB if he decides to come back.

As for the Broncos, it is not the first time Rodgers has been linked to them in a potential trade. They could really use some help under center, so it's not surprising they could be interested in the likes of Rodgers and Russell Wilson. For now, though, there is no official confirmation that the team is pursuing the Packers icon.
