Colin Kaepernick finally got the chance to showcase his skills on Thursday as the Las Vegas Raiders hosted him for a workout. While there are no guarantees Kap will get signed, he did impress the organization.

By no surprise, other players on the Raiders roster have been asked about their thoughts on the QB potentially joining the team, including Maxx Crosby. But, he didn't have much to say on the matter.

Via the Raiders' Twitter:

“Honestly, I don't know much about that. I'm worried about the guys that are here right now. That's really all I have on that.”

Understandable. Las Vegas currently has Derek Carr running the show, followed by Nick Mullens and Jarrett Stidham. But, the Raiders could use some more experience behind Carr, which Kaepernick definitely has. Although he hasn't played in the NFL since 2016, Kap did show some promise on Thursday and Josh McDaniels may very well be the perfect coach to utilize him.

At this moment in time, there is no contract on the table for Kaepernick. That being said, the fact he finally got the chance to actually showcase his skills for an NFL team is a step in the right direction as he aims to make a comeback to the league.

It will be very interesting to see if the Raiders decide to give him an opportunity to win a roster spot this summer.
