Heading into the NFL offseason, there will be plenty of attention paid toward All-Pro running back Le'Veon Bell's free agency.

The Pittsburgh Steelers are expected to make a major push to keep their star tailback next year and well beyond that, but it appears that the Oakland Raiders could enter the picture as a possible landing spot for the 25-year-old, according to Peter King of MMQB.

The Raiders are currently projected to be at around $14.8 million in salary cap space this upcoming offseason, which is just under the projected annual salary that Bell is looking to acquire. If there is real interest from the Pro Bowler to join the team, there will be much shifting around the roster to make enough financial space to sign him to the deal that he desires.

That said, there will be plenty of other teams interested in landing Bell if he is indeed available on the open market. He is arguably the top overall running back in the league that is in the prime of his career coming off yet another highly productive campaign. He was third in the NFL in rushing yards with 1,291 while scoring nine touchdowns on the ground. He was also highly impactful as a receiver out of the backfield, leading all running backs with a career-high 85 catches for 655 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

His high level of production is certainly worth offering him a lucrative deal to his liking for the Steelers let alone any other team in need of a running back. The question could come for the Raiders with their current situation in the backfield regarding Marshawn Lynch having one more year left on his two-year, $9 million deal. It would require for either Lynch to be comfortable with the idea of playing a secondary role in the running game or the team parting ways with him.
Ultimately, it's still quite early in the process, but it at least shows that there will be significant interest from several other teams when he hits the open market.
