Los Angeles Rams star defensive tackle Aaron Donald's workouts have long been the stuff of legend. After all, Donald's combination of speed and strength have helped make him arguably the best defensive player in football.

Now, Donald is shedding some light on his physical grind.

The five-time All-Pro just started a YouTube channel in which he documents his workouts, from weights to core exercises.

Donald's commitment to excellence is evident, both in the sheer variety of workouts as well as the time he dedicates to building his body.

In fact, Aaron Donald says in the video he has yet to take a full week off. This is pretty remarkable, especially given the limitations beset on NFL players due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The 29-year-old only just turned 29, and for all intents and purposes is still in the prime of his career. But given his ruthless dedication and physical gifts, it seems Donald can maintain his elite status for years to come.

Donald has already won a pair of Defensive Player of the Year Awards. Though he did not capture that distinction in 2019, Donald still finished the year with 12.5 sacks and also led the NFL with 20 tackles for a loss.

The Rams lost Dante Fowler Jr. on the edge, but they brought back Michael Brockers to be Donald's partner on the inside. Los Angeles will need Donald to maintain his high level of play, given they will also be missing the likes of Cory Littleton and Clay Matthews.

Donald certainly appears up to the challenge.
