The Los Angeles Rams secured their first winning season in 14 years on Sunday afternoon with a 32-16 victory on the road over the Arizona Cardinals.

The win came at a cost, as linebacker Alec Ogletree suffered a hyperextended left elbow late in the first quarter. Head coach Sean McVay stated on Monday that he believes Ogletree will play in Week 14 against the NFC East-leading Philadelphia Eagles, according to Myles Simmons of TheRams.com.

“We are expecting Alec to be ready,” McVay said.

Since entering the league back in 2013, Ogletree has been one of the primary pieces defensively for Los Angeles, starting in all 64 games that he's played in. He is in his second season playing at middle linebacker after moving from outside linebacker due to the departure of longtime starter James Laurinaitis.

Ogletree is currently second on the team with 77 total tackles while notching a pair of sacks, a forced fumble, and an interception that he returned for a touchdown against the Cardinals on Sunday.

If he is unable to suit up, linebacker Bryce Hager will likely draw the start in his pace. Hager filled the spot at middle linebacker in the second quarter when Ogletree went down, recording a quarterback hit and a pass deflection.
