Since taking over the helm as the head coach of the Los Angeles Rams, Sean McVay has made a strong imprint on the franchise helping quickly lift them to a tremendous amount of success in his first season.

Much of this has been behind his infectious personality and knowledge of the game that has helped him connect with his players and push them to buy into the game plan. According to Robert Klemko of Sports Illustrated, what has also stood out for offseason addition Aqib Talib has been McVay's strong work ethic that he believes has a trickle-down effect on the rest of the team to build sustained success in the league.

“The thing that excites me about this team is the confidence and the work ethic that’s in that building. It starts with McVay,” Talib said, via the MMQB. “You can tell the work he puts in because he knows everything. He knows the whole defense and the whole offense. I think that confidence breeds success. All the successful teams I’ve been on have had great, hard-working offseasons and a super confident bunch of guys.”

McVay has shown to be the total package head coach for the Rams that has everything that the team was looking for at that position. He is completely driven by his passion for the game that helped him build a strong work ethic that has quickly become an evident quality that his players and coaching staff has noticed.

This has helped him lead the team more effective that has helped push his players to the take their game to the next level on both sides of the ball. That was quite clear with the vastly improved from quarterback Jared Goff along with running back Todd Gurley, and Robert Woods to name a few. There is now a culture in place with the organization that could continue to see them take steps forward towards competing for a Super Bowl.

More importantly, what these comments from Talib show is that the Rams have the right person in charge to lead their franchise.
