Right from the onset, Los Angeles Rams coach Sean McVay knew wide receiver Cooper Kupp will be key to their victory in Super Bowl LVI on Sunday night.

The Rams quarterback revealed after their massive win that Sean McVay kept calling plays for Kupp. Sure enough, it was the right decision. The 28-year-old NFL Offensive Player of the Year came up big for the Rams, making the critical touchdown that sealed the trophy for the squad.

He won his first NFL title and was named MVP of Super Bowl LVI, finishing with eight receptions for 92 yards. After a memorable night, he took to Twitter to express his thoughts and got a little philosophical.

Kupp will be getting most of the adulation from fans in the coming days, but he made sure to let everyone know that the win, the Rams' first Super Bowl crown since 1999, was a collective effort (via ESPN).

“It just comes down to this team and the way we prepared, the way we loved on each other, trusted each other.”

With fellow wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. going down with a knee injury in the second quarter, Kupp mustered all of his might and channeled his past frustrations to step up for the Rams. His efforts were adequately rewarded.

Definitely, his valiant performance in Super Bowl LVI will last forever among Rams fans.
