Los Angeles Rams star Aaron Donald might want to clear things with Eli Manning after the former Super Bowl champ butchered his name. The New York Giants icon, who was once again on the call alongside brother Peyton Manning for ESPN, had a comical blunder while covering the Rams' Week 10 game against the San Francisco 49ers while trying to reference the three-time Defensive Player of the Year.

Eli was actually trying to compliment Donald, saying that the 49ers shouldn't forget about blocking him on offense. But in the process, it was the former QB who forgot about AD's name and even tried to salvage himself with a funny explanation after.

ā€œThey might want to block Aaron Darnold,ā€ Eli mistakenly said before being mocked by Peyton (via SportsCenter) ā€œWhat did I say, Aaron Darnold? They thought he was [Sam] Darnold that's why they didn't block him. If they knew it was Donald, they would've blocked him. They got confused,ā€

Man, ManningCast has been giving us a ton of must-see TV recently. These two brothers are having the time of their lives and it's been absolutely entertaining from a fan's perspective.Ā If it's not Eli showing his flexibility on screen, or Peyton calling out Tom Brady and his former team the New England Patriots, everything about this new program from ESPN has been nothing but gold.
