The Los Angeles Rams Super Bowl parade featured many viral moments. Unfortunately, not all of them were wholesome or funny. One scary moment occurred when a photographer fell off the stage at the post-Super Bowl celebration, sustaining a fractured spine and damage to her cameras in the fall. Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford, who was on stage and walked away after she fell, took some heat for his actions, or lack thereof, in the moment. He and his wife offered to pay the photographer's hospital expenses, though there was still a level of regret on the part of the star signal-caller. Stafford spoke about the incident on Thursday and delivered an honest admission, via NBC Sports.

“Yeah, I mean, that obviously happened really quickly and suddenly and unexpectedly, and wish I had a better reaction in the moment,” Stafford said, via Today.com. “I didn’t. I apologized to her for that, but glad that all in all she’s doing all right.”

Stafford called it “one of those things you try to train your reactions to be a little bit better next time.”
