Los Angeles Rams running back Todd Gurley knows greatness when he sees it, and apparently, the Pro Bowl rusher believes that former New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady is the “G.O.A.T.” or greatest of all time. Promptly Gurley to take to Twitter to praise Brady and his legacy, it has been widely reported that the longtime Patriots signal caller will be signing with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Although the length of such a deal has yet to come to light, Brady appears primed to earn roughly $30 million per season during his time in Tampa Bay. Todd Gurley knows this.
Of course, Brady has been in the league a lot longer than Todd Gurley, though these two actually crossed paths on the biggest stage of them all.
With Brady winning his last Super Bowl as a member of the heralded Patriots just two seasons ago, New England managed to topple Todd Gurley and his Rams by the score of 13-3 in Super Bowl LIII.
Despite the fact that Todd Gurley was injured for that game and for the majority of that same postseason, he was still able to witness Brady in all his glory as a result of facing off against the future Hall of Fame signal caller in Super Bowl LIII.
With Brady now well on his way to signing with the Buccaneers, Todd Gurley and the Rams will more than likely be forced to go through Tampa Bay if Los Angeles is going to reach another Super Bowl sometime in the near future. Brady in the NFC? This should be fun…
