Serge Ibaka may not reject the same number of shots as he did in the past, but he continues to be an intimidating presence inside the paint. On Tuesday against the Phoenix Suns, the Toronto Raptors big man showcased his prowess in blocking shots, by denying Alex Len of an easy bucket.

What made it even more entertaining, though, is Ibaka even made a finger wagging gesture that Dikembe Mutombo made famous during his playing days. The Hall of Fame center was fittingly sitting at courtside and saw Serge Ibaka’s imitation of his act, which brought a huge smile on his face.

Those are two prides of Congo in one epic camera sequence — although Ibaka is already a naturalized Spaniard.

The Raptors won on the night, 126-113, as Serge Ibaka finished with 19 points, six rebounds, and three blocked shots. The team improved their record to 15-7 for the season, good for third place in the Eastern Conference.

The Suns on the other hand saw their win-loss slate fall to 9-17. To add insult to injury, they also lost their best player, Devin Booker, who suffered a strained adductor.
