Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson solidified his case once again as the MVP frontrunner with another spectacular performance in the dominant win over the Los Angeles Rams in Week 12.

Jackson's versatile skill set was on full display in the 45-6 victory over the Rams. Fox Sports CFB analyst Reggie Bush offered up some high praise during an appearance on UNDISPUTED:

“I've never seen an athlete like Lamar Jackson. It's not just the offensive players he's making better around him, but the defense is getting exciting. The only thing I can see that can stop Lamar Jackson is injury and himself.”

There is no question that Jackson is playing at a level that few quarterbacks have ever come close to. He made that clear after needing just 20 pass attempts to throw for five touchdowns while rushing for 95 yards on eight carries. Meanwhile, running back Mark Ingram and wide receiver Marquise Brown are also reaping the benefits of playing alongside such an explosive athlete.

Of course, Reggie Bush's comments do appear to come with an err of caution. Although Jackson's ability to torch defenses with his legs provides an added dynamic to the Ravens offense, the designed runs do leave him exposed to more hits than other quarterbacks.

As a result, head coach John Harbaugh will need to ensure that the young star is not taking any unnecessary wear and tear that may become an issue down the line.

It is no secret that there have been many mobile quarterbacks whose promising careers were set back by injuries. The proof is in their very own quarterback room with Robert Griffin III.

Regardless, a healthy Jackson is surely on pace to make some history of his own.
