Sebastian Stan's 2022 Net Worth, Sebastian Stan

Sebastian Stan’s net worth is estimated to be $8 million. This is agreed upon by multiple sources such as Celebrity Net Worth.

Sebastian Stan was born on August 12, 1982, in Constanța, Romania. When he was two years old, his parents got divorced. By the time he was 8 years old, he moved to Vienna, Austria, along with his mother where she worked as a pianist.

After four years, Stan and his mother moved to Rockland County, New York, where his mother married the headmaster of a school in the United States.

When he was in school, Sebastian Stan starred in productions such as Harvey, Cyrano de Bergerac, Little Shop of Horrors, Over Here!, and West Side Story. On top of that, he also attended the Stagedoor Manor summer camp where he worked in many more camp productions.

Due to his experience in school and camp productions, Stan decided to take acting seriously and he began applying to various acting programs in different universities. He then attended Rutgers University’s Mason Gross School of the Arts. The program allowed him to spend a year abroad to study acting at Shakespeare’s Global Theatre in London, England.

In 2002, Sebastian Stan became a United States citizen. In 2005, he graduated from Rutgers University.

Sebastian Stan started his acting career in 1994 when he made an appearance in the Austrian drama film titled 71 Fragments of a Chronology of Chance. However, his first US acting job was in an episode of Law & Order in 2003.

After Law & Order, he was cast in various movies like Tony ‘n Tina’s Wedding, The Architect, and The Covenant from 2004 and 2006. He was then cast in a recurring role in the famous TV series Gossip Girl where he played the character of Carter Baizen from 2007 to 2010.

Stan was cast as Jack Benjamin, the lead role in the short-lived series in 2009 titled Kings. In 2010, he appeared in two well-known movies; first, in ballet thriller Black Swan, and in the comedy Hot Tub Time Machine where he played the role of Blaine.

Sebastian Stan was then cast in his most famous character, Bucky Barnes, in the 2011 film Captain America: The First Avenger. The movie was a commercial success as it grossed over $370 million worldwide. Despite that, he admitted that he was still struggling to pay rent as it was still unknown at that time whether he would reprise his role as Bucky Barnes.

“In 2011 after the first Captain America came out, about a month later I had a call from my business manager telling me I had a month left to figure out how I was going to pay my rent. So, perception is always interesting, isn't it? Nobody ever knows what the f**k is really happening.” Stan said in an interview with ET.

As we all know, Stan reprised his role as Bucky Barnes. When he was called back for the sequel of Captain America: The First Avenger, Captain America: The Winter Soldier, he said during a press interview for the movie that he signed a nine-picture deal with Marvel.

So far, we have seen him reprise his role in the MCU in the following projects: Captain America: The Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, Avengers: Infinity War, Avengers: Endgame, What If…?, and The Falcon and the Winter Soldier.
