San Antonio Spurs guard DeMar DeRozan took umbrage at the internet's latest concoction: the #AgeChallenge.

Smartphone users on Tuesday were testing out the FaceApp's aging filter to photos and sharing the results. For NBA All-Star DeMar DeRozan, however, the results weren't pretty.

The Spurs acquired DeRozan in July of 2018 in a landmark trade, which sent forward Kawhi Leonard and shooting guard Danny Green to the Toronto Raptors.

The Raptors, led by Leonard, won its first title in franchise history in 2019, defeating the Golden State Warriors in six games. San Antonio, meanwhile, won 48 regular-season games and lost in the first round of the Western Conference playoffs to the Denver Nuggets in seven games.

DeRozan and others are getting a glimpse into what their future could old—although not everybody has the health and physique of a 10-year NBA veteran. Still, the Compton native DeRozan wasn't content with his results (granted you can't imagine any result would be positive).

Despite being years away from his different, aging appearance, the 29-year-old DeRozan will be 30 years young at the start of next season and will be looked at as a leader of the Spurs team alongside LaMarcus Aldridge and free agent signing forward DeMarre Carroll. Carroll signed with the Texan franchise for a three-year contract worth $21 million.

The Spurs were to ink 29-year-old forward Marcus Morris to a two-year deal; however, Morris reneged and signed a one-year contract with the New York Knicks.

DeRozan and company will have the job to mentor young players like Lonnie Walker IV and first-round selections Keldon Johnson, and Luka Šamanić.
