The dream NBA Finals matchup is finally here, pitting the two powerhouse teams in the league against each other in the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers.

Although the Warriors are currently the betting odds favorite to walk away with a second NBA title, Stephen Curry isn't taking the task of getting past the defending NBA champions lightly, according to Kyle Boone of CBS Sports.

“For the most part, you know what LeBron does, you know what Kyrie does,” Curry said. “You know kind of their style and familiar with that. Other than that, I think when you look at the whole squad, they have a good kind of chemistry and vibe. It looks like they're having fun, and we want to do something about that.”

Despite one minor hiccup in the Eastern Conference Finals, the Cavaliers have steamrolled through their way to a third straight NBA Finals appearance. LeBron James is playing arguably the best basketball of his career. Meanwhile, both Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love are coming off strong performances in the five games played against the Boston Celtics.

That said, the Warriors enter the NBA Finals as quite a confident bunch after becoming the first team in league history to enter the series with an undefeated 12-0 record. Curry is leading the charge for Golden State averaging 28.6 points on 50.2 percent shooting from the field along with 43.1 percent from beyond the arc.

Kevin Durant has also played a huge part their success in the playoffs averaging 25.2 points on 55.6 percent shooting from the field and 41.7 percent from three-point range. If the Warriors are hoping to dethrone the Cavaliers, it will require huge performances from both Durant and Curry to combat what will come from James, Irving, and Love.

Ultimately, all of these should shape up to be quite an intense battle between two high-powered offensive teams.
