Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have picked up exactly where they left off last season, winning their first two games of the 2021 NFL campaign. After knocking off the Dallas Cowboys in Week 1, the Buccaneers rolled in Week 2 and defeated the Atlanta Falcons by a final score of 48-25. Now, the Bucs will take on the Los Angeles Rams on the road in an intriguing Week 3 matchup.

Looking at this Week 3 showdown, the Rams may offer Tampa Bay their best test of the young season. Matthew Stafford and Co. have looked impressive so far this year, beating both the Chicago Bears and Indianapolis Colts. Los Angeles has a great offense with Stafford leading their way and they have a star-studded defense up front and in the secondary.

So far this season, Brady is looking like a surefire MVP candidate. He has completed 65.1 percent of his pass attempts for 655 yards, nine touchdowns and two interceptions. The 44-year-old has shown no signs of the regression that many were expecting to see from him.

In addition to Brady, the offense around him have been stepping up big time. Rob Gronkowski looks as good as he was five years ago and Antonio Brown, who may not be available this week, has played well. Tampa Bay is looking like another legitimate Super Bowl contender in the NFC right now.

All of that being said, let's go ahead and take a look at four bold predictions for the Buccaneers this week against the Rams.

Buccaneers Week 3 Bold Predictions

4. Rob Gronkowski Catches Two Touchdown Passes

Speaking of Rob Gronkowski, the Buccaneers could not be happier with what they have seen from him. After coming out of “retirement” to re-join Brady in Tampa Bay, Gronk is starting to look his old self. He has caught 12 passes for 129 yards and four touchdowns already this season in just two games.

With a tough match-up ahead of the Buccaneers, Gronkowski will prove to be extremely important. Tampa Bay will not want to throw at Jalen Ramsey all that often. Gronkowski will be able to create mismatch issues against the Rams' linebackers.

Brady and Gronkowski have always had a flawless chemistry playing together and that hasn't changed. Gronk is in line for another big week and we are predicting that he will catch another two touchdown passes from Brady.

3. Tampa Bay Forces Two Interceptions Against Matthew Stafford

Matthew Stafford has been one of the NFL's most underrated superstars for years at the quarterback position. Playing for the Detroit Lions, who have not been a serious contender for years, was the main reason for his lack of hype. However, now that he is in Los Angeles with the Rams, he is on a national stage and has been able to show off his incredible arm talent.

Through his first two games in LA, Stafford has completed 69.6 percent of his passes for 599 yards, five touchdowns, and one interception. He has fit in perfectly with Sean McVay. Despite his early success with the Rams, though, the Buccaneers are going to show him a rough outing this week.

It has been clear over the last two years that the Buccaneers' defense is capable of making plays in bunches. That will be the case again this week, as the Tampa Bay defense will record two interceptions against Stafford.

2. Tom Brady Tosses Another Four Touchdowns

After throwing five touchdown passes last week against the Atlanta Falcons, Brady made it clear that he is going to be a frontrunner for another MVP award this season. How about backing up that kind of a performance with four touchdown tosses against a fantastic Rams defense?

Brady has all of the weapons he could possibly ask for from the Buccaneers. Even though Brown could miss this week's game due to COVID-19 restrictions, the “GOAT” will look just as good as he did last week.

We are predicting that Brady will have four-touchdown game. Gronkowski will catch at least two of those touchdowns. Once again, Brady will show why he is considered the greatest quarterback of all time and why he is a good bet to win the 2021 NFL MVP award.

1. The Buccaneers Move To 3-0 In Convincing Fashion

Even though the Rams are a very good football team on both sides of the ball, the Buccaneers are going to take this game. Brady is playing on another high level this season and the offense around him will be nearly impossible to stop for any team in the NFL.

Defensively, the Buccaneers once again have a group capable of making plays and putting pressure on opposing quarterbacks.

Los Angeles will put up a fight in the first half, but the Buccaneers are going to pull away quickly in the second half. With Brady leading the way, we are predicting a 42-24 victory for Tampa Bay.

Tampa Bay should be considered the top team in the NFC easily after this showing. The loss may be a tough one for the Rams, but they are going to be a contender at the end of the season as well. This is going to be a very entertaining game and one that Buccaneers fans will be very happy with.
