Indiana Pacers big man Myles Turner was a man relieved following Team USA's razor-thin overtime victory against Turkey in the FIBA World Cup. The Americans eventually escape with the W, 93-92, but it wasn't until the Turks gave them quite a scare.

Following the highly-entertaining contest, Turner, who himself logged 11 points (on 3-of-7 shooting), nine rebounds, a steal, and a block in 28 minutes of play, took to Twitter to share with the world exactly how he feels about the effort his team put out on the evening.

It wasn't in the prettiest of fashions, but at the end of the day, Team USA got the job done. This now makes it two out of two to open the tournament, and the victory over Turkey places them at the very top of Group E. The Americans notched their first victory in the opener against the Czech Republic on Sunday, 88-67.

Despite having another game in hand (they will be facing Japan on Thursday in the final match of the first round), this recent win already guarantees that the Americans will progress to the next stage. Along with either Turkey or the Czech Republic (who will face off against each other on Thursday in a do-or-die bout), Team USA will be grouped with the top two teams of Group F for the second round.

Greece and Brazil (who also faced off on Tuesday, with the latter securing the upset victory) are the favorites to progress from Group F, so the Americans will likely need to go through reigning NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Greeks in the second group stage.
