The Houston Texans have seemingly left Deshaun Watson out of the loop in their searches for a new general manager and head coach. With the Texans already making a decision at general manager, Watson is severely angered at the organization, per ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Nearly a week ago, the Texans didn't waste any time in naming Nick Caserio their next general manager. While Watson wasn't upset at the choice of Caserio, he was more upset at the fact that he wasn't involved in the process of hiring someone.

Watson has reportedly ignored Houston's attempts at communicating with him in recent days following the hiring of Caserio. Before Caserio got the job, the Texans were advised to hire Omar Khan of the Pittsburgh Steelers or Louis Riddick, who has experience as an executive.

Even though the mind-boggling trade of DeAndre Hopkins angered Watson before the 2020 season, Houston's decision to ignore the advice of others has him heated. It also doesn't help that Watson would reportedly prefer Eric Bieniemy as the next head coach of the Texans, but Houston is the only team with a vacancy that hasn't scheduled an interview with him.

Of course, the only reason anyone would want to accept the job for the Texans is due to Watson being the quarterback. With that being said, Houston is doing a remarkable job doing everything they can to perturb their franchise signal-caller.

There's no doubt that Caserio and Cal McNair — the owner of the Texans — have some work to do to repair their relationship with Watson.
