Tennessee Titans running back Derrick Henry is an absolute beast. In case you forgot about this fact then check out a recent workout video of the 27-year-old that has been making its rounds on social media.

Derrick Henry combined what looks like 20 different workouts in a single mind-blowing routine (h/t NFL on ESPN on Twitter):

Derrick Henry just exhibited his very impressive core strength and insane balance in this clip. If that doesn't impress you then you're probably quite the gym buff. Nonetheless, I challenge you to attempt this crazy workout routine. It won't hurt to try, although in this particular case, it probably will.

In case you missed it, Derrick Henry was recently named as the Associated Press Offensive Player of the Year. This is an honor usually reserved for quarterbacks, and as we all know, there were more than a few signal-callers that had a tremendous run in 2020. Despite this fact, however, it was Henry who emerged as this year's recipient of the award. And it's not as if there are too many folks out there complaining about it.

Derrick Henry was a key cog for the Titans last season as he wreaked havoc on opposing defenses every single game. He has on one of the largest contracts in the NFL right now, but despite the criticism, the 27-year-old proved last season that he's worth every penny of that deal for Tennessee. Henry finished with a league lead 2,027 yards on the ground, becoming the eighth running back to do so.

Based on what we can see on the above clip, it is clear that Derrick Henry isn't resting on his laurels during the offseason. We expect him to pick up right where he left off once the season kicks off.
