The Tennessee Titans could be on the verge of a quarterback change this week as starter Ryan Tannehill will likely be unable to play due to an ankle injury. Titans head coach Mike Vrabel did not name a starter for Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons, but said that he'd anticipate both Malik Willis and Will Levis playing if Tannehill can’t go, according to Jim Wyatt.

Tannehill suffered a high-ankle sprain during a Week 6 game against the Baltimore Ravens. He exited the contest and Willis came in to play in the fourth quarter for his first game action of the season. He completed four of five passing attempts for 74 yards and rushed for 17 yards, though he was sacked four times in two drives.

Willis started three games for the Titans as a rookie last season, appearing in eight total. He threw 61 passes, totaling 276 yards, no touchdowns and three interceptions. He also ran the ball 27 times for 163 yards and a touchdown.

Levis has yet to play for the Titans this season after Tennesee selected him with a second-round pick in April's draft. He struggled in the preseason but could finally get his shot in the NFL on Sunday.

The Titans home crowd on Sunday will not have much patience for Tennessee's offense and will expect to see some improvement regardless of who is under center. Will Levis and Malik Willis won't be given any sort of reprieve despite their short time in the NFL. The 2-5 Titans desperately need a win or their season could be over before the halfway point.
