The Tennessee Titans and Derrick Henry went 9-7 in the regular season. That was just enough for them to sneak into the playoffs.

Despite that, they've won two straight games and find themselves in the AFC Championship game against the Kansas City Chiefs. If they win that game, they will be heading to the Super Bowl.

Based on how this year has gone, there is one thing that will all-but-ensure that the Titans win. That would be Derrick Henry running for 100-plus yards in the game.

Including the postseason, Derrick Henry has eight games with over 100 rushing yards this year. According to Grant Gordon of NFL.com, the Titans have won every single one of those games.

The first 100-yard performance for Derrick Henry (100 yards on the dot) came against the Atlanta Falcons in September. The Titans won 24-10.

Later, he had four straight against the Chiefs (188), Jacksonville Jaguars (159), Indianapolis Colts (149) and Oakland Raiders (103). Then he finished off the season with a 211-yard game against the Houston Texans.

Henry's two playoff games have seen him pick up 182 rushing yards against the New England Patriots and another 195 against the Baltimore Ravens.

All of those have been wins.

If Derrick Henry can keep up his dominant run, the Titans look to be in fantastic shape. It definitely doesn't hurt that he's already run all over the Chiefs early in the year. The 188 rushing yards he had in that game was the second-most he had in a regular season game all year.

If possible, he's only looked better since that point too. It looks like no one can stop playoff Derrick Henry. And according to the numbers this year, that means more Tennessee wins.
