Despite taking a commanding lead in the fourth quarter, things got a little grimmer for the San Antonio Spurs, as point guard Tony Parker suffered an injury upon landing awkwardly in his left knee following one of his signature right-handed floaters.

Parker slowly laid on the floor while head coach Gregg Popovich insisted his team foul so he could get medical assistance.

The 16-year veteran did not move while the medical staff took a look at him, ultimately being carried out of the floor by teammates Dejounte Murray and Dewayne Dedmon.

Parker was enjoying a solid game with 18 points on 8-of-13 shooting, 2-of-2 from deep, four assists, and three rebounds during his 26 minutes on the floor.

During his absence, his team carved up an even bigger lead, eventually putting the game out of reach for the Houston Rockets and tying the series at one a piece.
