Dana White doesn't like being asked about the next fights after a big UFC event. That doesn't mean the media is not going to ask him about it. There were plenty of names for champion Charles Oliveira next and the big man in charge was asked about it.

Justin Gaethje was the name that naturally popped up for the UFC champion. He has been very vocal about getting the next title shot and he has been willing to butt heads with anyone that disagrees.

Dana White didn't exactly spend 30 minutes detailing whether or not Justin Gaethje was next. He made his answer quick and clear at the UFC 269 post-fight press conference when asked about Justin Gaethje.

“Yeah, it makes sense,” White said via MMAFighting.

Justin Gaethje made it clear at UFC 269 that he wanted next. He was attending the event and he also made sure to address the fight on Twitter, leaving no doubt he expects the next title shot.

Many are hoping the fight happens in Charles Oliveira's home country of Brazil. UFC president Dana White addressed the possibility.

“I have no idea what’s possible in 2022,” White said. “I don’t give a shit. I [couldn’t] care less. Texas, Florida, APEX. Florida, Texas, APEX. Abu Dhabi, Florida, Texas, APEX. I don’t give a shit if anything opens again. I don’t care, I’m not even thinking about it, I [couldn’t] care less.”

Wherever the fight happens, it's bound to be an exciting one. Charles Oliveria and Justin Gaethje bring an incredible pace and would make for a very exciting UFC headliner.
