Sean O'Malley has always been a big believer in Dana White and what the UFC does business-wise. The bantamweight fighter often speaks out about fighter pay and how it works, for his situation.

Recently he spoke about UFC fighters that aren't paid enough. In a surprise to many, he got brutally honest ton the fighters that get paid very little in the organization.

“Dude, like I don’t even blame [Dana], it’s like some of these fucking people have zero following,” O’Malley said during his latest podcast (transcribed by Christopher Taylor). “They’re not making the UFC one hundred thousand. They’re not making the UFC fifty thousand. They’re not making the UFC any money, really. But that’s just from a business perspective, from Dana’s business perspective, and I can see that.”

Sean O'Malley is well aware of his brand and how much he should be getting paid in the UFC. After his last fight in December, Dana White couldn't help but talk about it.

“When you talk to him, two things: He wants to get paid, and he wants to fight higher-level competition,” White told reporters at the UFC 269 post-fight press conference. “Looks like we’re going to have to pay him and get him some fights.”

The UFC bantamweight has a bright future in the organization and will only continue to get paid more. It may not be fair to other fighters, but Sean O'Malley knows how the business works and wants to do whatever it takes to make a lot of money.
