Stephen Curry, the first unanimous Most Valuable Player in league history and undisputed leader of the 73-win Golden State Warriors squad, just got his shot blocked by a random teenager.

During Curry’s Under Armour promotional tour in Taiwan, the back-to-back NBA MVP played in an exhibition game with select participants from the region. During the game’s closing seconds, the Warriors guard had the ball in his hands, ready for the game-winning shot attempt, until a major plot twist happened.

The kid sure displayed good awareness of the situation and a sound knowledge of Stephen Curry’s moves, which led to the block. He’ll take this surreal experience back home with him, and will be an instant celebrity among his peers.

As for Curry, the block obviously doesn’t take anything away from himself. He’ll still have his new “death lineup” when he gets back to the Bay Area.
