Andre Iguodala recently said he does not care about making the Hall of Fame or the speech he would give if he was to be inducted among the game's best. However, Golden State Warriors icon and Hall of Famer Chris Mullin noted the 15-year swingman will be at some point recognized by Springfield:

“I’d say two things: Andre Iguodala is a Finals MVP and he is going to be in the Hall of Fame,” said Mullin on the set of ESPN's “First Take,” defending Iguodala's game-winning shot in Game 2 of the NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors. “Unlike baseball, the reason why he got open is that they doubled Steph, so there is a reason why he was sitting there wide open and I thought it was the right move by Toronto to get the ball out of Steph’s hands. Andre has done that time and time again, but you have to play the percentages. I’d rather have Andre shooting that shot rather than Steph or Klay.”

Iguodala has made many big shots over his career, including plenty after becoming a starter in the 2015 NBA Finals. Much like Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, Iguodala has championship DNA in him and is able to bury those shots, even if he's not as prominent a shooter as the aforementioned backcourt duo.

If Iguodala becomes a four-time champion at the end of this season, the argument for his inclusion in the Hall of Fame will be much stronger, as he's a lot more likely to get in by his championship heroics than his somewhat ordinary career numbers.
