Klay Thompson was a full participant at the start of the Golden State Warriors' training camp on Tuesday, and head coach Steve Kerr couldn't be any happier with what he showed.

Aside from being able to do everything in their first official team practice for the 2021-22 season, Thompson apparently shot the lights out in practice and was successful in leading his team to win their daily shooting contest, according to Kerr.

“Klay looked great,” the Warriors coach said following Tuesday's practice, per ABC News. “Shooting the lights out. His team won the daily shooting competition. And he was smiling, laughing, joking around, it was really fun to see the old Klay back.”

Klay Thompson's return has been much-anticipated by players and fans alike, and by the looks of it, the wait has been worth it. The Warriors sharpshooter making it rain from deep in the team's practice isn't surprising, though, especially since fans have seen a viral video of him shooting 10 straight triples during a workout.

The 31-year-old suffered from a torn ACL in the 2019 NBA Finals and a ruptured Achilles tendon in the offseason of 2020, costing him two full seasons. Fortunately, it certainly looks like Thompson is 100 percent healthy and ready to contribute to the Warriors.

Thompson is not expected to play at the start of the new campaign, but his teammate Stephen Curry hinted during media day that his Splash Bro. should be ready to play by Thanksgiving or early December.
