Golden State Warriors fans can't wait to see Klay Thompson return to his old self next season. After missing the last two years due to injury, witnessing that sweet stroke of his will be worth the price of admission.

The worry has been how much of his old self Klay Thompson will be able to get back to. But according to Warriors rookie Moses Moody, his silky smooth jumper seems to be a-okay.

Via Alex Didion of NBC Sports Bay Area:

“Man, it looks different in person, that was obviously my first time seeing it,” the Warriors rookie said on “The Jim Rome Show” on Thursday. “But watching that repetition, that exact same shot every one, I mean I sat there and watched him shoot for 20 minutes, and it didn't touch the rim a lot, I can tell you that.”

That sounds just about right for Klay Thompson. There have been clips of him draining buckets in practice throughout the offseason. Couple that with hearing reports like these and you can't help but feel giddy about what's to come from the Warriors All-Star next season.

It's been way too long, Klay Thompson. Stephen Curry and every Warriors fan on the planet can't wait.
