Stephen Curry was probably the most excited player among the Golden State Warriors when Klay Thompson's return was confirmed. Naturally, he couldn't help but get even more excited after Thompson was introduced in the starting lineup during Sunday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Thompson was introduced last in the starting lineup–which is also his first at Chase Center after 941 days on the sidelines due to a couple of season-ending injuries–and it couldn't be any better.

Like everyone else watching the moment, Stephen Curry was a bit emotional seeing it right before his eyes. He knows how special it is not only to Thompson and him, but to all Warriors fans as well.

“That moment delivered for sure. I got goosebumps… that was special,” Curry said of Klay Thompson's epic intro, via Ohm Youngmisuk of ESPN.

To make things even better, Thompson didn't disappoint in his first game back and exploded for 17 points in the 96-82 win. He was aggressive right from his first basket, and he sent everyone into frenzy with a monster dunk in the second quarter over TWO Cavs defenders.

Klay played just 20 minutes in the game, but it was enough to get everyone buzzing about what he and the Warriors can achieve now that they are getting close to full health.

True enough, it is a scary sight for the NBA to see Thompson play brilliantly after two seasons out. That probably sent goosebumps to the rest of the league, albeit likely different to what Curry felt.
