The Golden State Warriors will be facing the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday night, and two-time MVP Stephen Curry arrived at the Oracle Arena well-prepared.
Steph Curry arrived at the arena tonight in a Stephen Jackson throwback Warriors jersey and with an oven mitt (“hot stove contact”).

Curry could be throwing a shot towards the NBA and the referees in relation to their 131-130 loss against the Minnesota Timberwolves. In that game, two crucial calls were made in the final six seconds that cost them the game.

This season, the NBA referees have been heavily criticized for a lot of questionable calls they have made especially during close games. Teams like the Warriors, Houston Rockets, and Los Angeles Lakers have publicly expressed their disappointments towards officiating in the past. Players even went directly to the league office to raise their concerns.
With the playoffs less than two weeks away, officiating will once again be on the spotlight, as it could play a huge role in hurting a contender's chances of winning a title. The Warriors are, of course, gunning for their third straight championship this year.
Golden State is currently tied with the Denver Nuggets for the best record in the West at 51-24. They obviously would like to keep the top spot in order to gain homecourt advantage at least until the conference finals.
Their game against the reeling Hornets should give the Warriors a strong chance of going up one game against the Nuggets in the playoff race.
