Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr says there is no way that point guard Stephen Curry will play in the first round of the playoffs this year.

Curry sprained his MCL in a knee on Friday night against the Atlanta Hawks and then had an MRI on the injury yesterday.

Curry suffered the injury in his first game back since being out for awhile with an ankle injury, adding to the frustration for the two-time former MVP.

The Warriors have been battling the injury bug for most of the second half of the season and tonight they will be without all four of their All-Stars when they take on the Utah Jazz.

Kevin Durant spoke out this weekend calling for people to relax with the Warriors' injury woes but that'll be hard to do now especially with Curry missing an entire series at least in the playoffs.

It will be interesting to see how the Warriors balance this for the rest of the year and who their matchup in the first round will be. Right now there are only 3.5 games separating the No. 3 seeded Blazers and the No. 8 seeded Jazz.
