Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry hosted his annual SC30 Select Camp today and was highly impressed by 15-year-old Jaden Springer giving some other campers the works during their one-on-one sessions.

The 6-foot-3, 185-pound Springer already possesses the tools to be a potential standout, packed with solid fundamentals and great explosiveness off the dribble, which he used repeatedly to get past defenders and create separation for a smooth jump shot from all areas of the court.

Theoretically speaking, Springer, a shooting guard at Rocky River High School in North Carolina, already has similar measurables than Curry, boasting only five pounds of difference from the two-time MVP.

Springer is expected to grow even more, but is already the 14th-best prospect of a 2020 high school class, according to ESPN rankings — making him one of the most talented products from Curry's home state.

The Warriors sharpshooter was joined by former teammate and current Atlanta Hawks small forward Kent Bazemore, Santa Cruz Warriors guard Damion Lee, and his father Dell. All four, who have massive to little NBA experience gave these kids some insights into the pro game as well as repeated drills and scrimmages to work on their craft.

Springer surely made the most of his chance, drawing oohs and ahs from the two-time defending champ himself.
