Jeff Green, who's now part of the Washington Wizards, congratulated former Cleveland Cavaliers teammate and now Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James for the I Promise School.

Via his Instagram account, Green said:

James recently unveiled the I Promise School in Akron, Ohio — the city where he grew up and put on the worldwide map. The three-time champion partnered with Akron Public Schools. The learning center will welcome 240 third- and fourth-grade students who enrolled in the full-immersion program and is set to cater to at-risk youth.

In an interview with Rachel Nichols of ESPN, James shared what I Promise School's mission and vision is:

“We want to create an environment of family and not like a workplace. Sometimes you can get tired if you look at it like work — you kind of get tired of it. We want to create an environment of family where you want to always be around your family. No matter the good and the bad, you always want to be around that support system. So that's what we're creating here.”

James' move has gotten a lot of good response from NBA players and spectators alike. Green is just one among his many teammates who congratulated him. The next question now is: will the rest of the NBA players follow suit even in their own little way?
