In the midst of a heated Thursday practice, tempers flared between Washington Wizards players, the coaching staff and even members of the front office, as franchise star John Wall laced a sharp-toned f-bomb toward head coach Scott Brooks during the heat of the argument. As it turns out, Brooks might not be free of culpability after all, as the coach admitted after morning practice.

“I said some things I'm not proud of and our players did the same,” said Brooks, according to Bob Trosset of NBC Sports Washington. “But, we're moving on.”
That Thursday practice included two separate player-on-player conflict, first Bradley Beal with Austin Rivers and then Wall with Jeff Green, two which eventually escalated to the two All-Stars pointing fingers to president Ernie Grunfled and Brooks, respectively.
What was most surprising is that this implosion came as the Wizards came off a season-best three-game win streak; leaving room to believe the tension goes beyond the losing they've had to overcome through this young season.
Wall was asked to make a self-evaluation and unpromptedly brought up this nugget.
“Everybody keeps saying I'm not in shape,” he said. “I mean, I'm in shape. I deal with injuries, I play through them. I don't complain about it. Go out there and give it everything I got.”
The Wizards have a lot to figure out, as it it difficult to point out if this is only one issue to address or multiple ones involving more than just the dynamic between players.
