Chicago Bears head coach Matt Nagy still won't divulge who will start at quarterback for this Sunday's Week 4 tilt against the Detroit Lions. Nagy spoke to reporters Friday and said it would be a game-time decision, per ESPN's Jeff Dickerson.

Andy Dalton practiced in a limited capacity this week after suffering a bone bruise on his knee in Week 2 against the Cincinnati Bengals. Justin Fields hurt his hand against the Cleveland Browns last weekend, but he practiced in full. While Nagy didn't rule out Nick Foles as the starter earlier in the week, Friday he did rule out the veteran starting.

Nagy has said Dalton will start if healthy. The Bears veteran said Friday things are trending in the right direction with his knee, but it's still unclear if he'll actually be ready to go against Detroit. He's officially questionable for the game.

Fields suffered through a nightmarish first NFL start in Week 3 against Cleveland. The Bears rookie was sacked nine times as Chicago only managed a paltry 47 yards of offense and six first downs. He also suffered that injury, but it was clearly minor, as he said after the game.

Given Dalton's injury and Fields' struggles last weekend, it's no surprise Nagy is going the gamesmanship route and trying to keep the Lions guessing. Of course, that just makes it extremely frustrating for the fans, and it probably doesn't matter all that much anyway. Though it is true that Dalton and Fields are very different quarterbacks, so maybe the Bears coach really thinks he's being sneaky by not tipping his hand.

Nagy also again refused to tip his hand on play-calling duties for this weekend. He has come under fire for his struggles in that department.
