The New York Giants have settled on former Buffalo Bills offensive coordinator Brian Daboll as their new head coach. Pairing Daboll with new general manager Joe Schoen, who was the assistant GM in Buffalo while Daboll was with the franchise, is a smart move by New York. But they might not stop there. Daboll isn't the only Bills coach that the Giants want to steal, as reported by ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Per Schefter, Bills passing-game coordinator and quarterback coach Ken Dorsey could become the offensive coordinator of the Giants, or he could be promoted into Brian Daboll's old role with the Bills.

This would be a huge benefit for either squad, as Dorsey has received some high praise from Bills head coach Sean McDermott and quarterback Josh Allen. Whether Dorsey follows Daboll to the Giants or not, it's clear that New York is trying to put the best possible coaches around young quarterback Daniel Jones.

Having Dorsey, who the uber-talented Allen strongly advocated for, in Jones' ear along with Daboll, would certainly be good for the Giants. And if not, the Bills will still get to benefit from the presence of one of their coaches whose stock is seemingly on the rise.
