Euphoria star Javon Walton is making headlines off of the screen, signing with Jake Paul's boxing promotional company Most Valuable Promotions (MVP). Walton is a rising star in Hollywood, although it is clear that he wants to be a force in the boxing ring as well, reports ESPN's Marc Raimondi.

“I've been training so hard and working for the majority of my life for this moment. MVP feels like family, and that's very important to me. I know they can help me reach my goals in professional boxing and do it in a way that feels special to me.”

Some strong statements from Javon Walton that indicate that he will be taking his partnership with Jake Paul and MVP very seriously. Walton is known for his roles on Euphoria, The Umbrella Academy and Samaritan, although he has had just as much amateur success in the ring as well.

Walton's career so far has seen him in over 80 bouts, a plethora of Georgia state championships and multiple junior amateur tournament victories. Although he is not nearly as well known for his boxing prowess, it is clear that he is very serious about the sport.

MVP is planning on Walton making his professional boxing debut in 2024 while he finishes up his amateur career in 2023. He will be officially introduced as a part of MVP before the Jake Paul and Nate Diaz event in Dallas, making certain that the event will be star-studded while garnering a lot of attention.
