The Milwaukee Brewers were one of the best teams in baseball last season and made it all the way to the NLCS. It was a season that they won't forget anytime soon, but also one that they want to improve on. Due to their success last season, Milwaukee is a team that could attract some free agency interest from players.

Bleacher Report decided to put their prediction out there as far as who the Brewers will end up landing. For a team with an already stacked pitching staff, this prediction would be tough for opposing teams to swallow.

Andrew Miller was predicted to sign with the Brewers on a two-year, $20 million deal. Obviously, this is purely speculation, but the match would make a lot of sense. Milwaukee has always viewed their bullpen as being more than capable of coming in and pitching long innings, which is something that Miller does well.

Last season with the Cleveland Indians, Miller ended up pitching just 34 innings. It was a major down season for him, as he ended up with a 4.24 ERA and a 2-4 record.

As for the 2017 MLB season, Miller was one of the best relievers in baseball. He pitched 62.2 innings for the Indians and was nearly untouchable. Miller finished the season with a 1.44 ERA.

Milwaukee may not need to spend big money on another big bullpen arm, but it would make their relief staff so much more dangerous. They already have Josh Hader and Corey Knebel in the bullpen, adding Miller would give them a three-headed monster. Whether Miller would want to join a three-headed monster would be the question.

All of that being said, the Brewers are going to have a lot of competition for Miller if they do truly want him. Even though this is just a prediction and isn't based off of reporting, Miller to the Brewers is an extremely intriguing idea that could make perfect sense.
