Be careful what you put on the internet, especially if it's about Tampa Bay Buccaneers free agent Rob Gronkowski. That's right, the star tight end pays attention to receipts dating back to at least 2010. He recently entertained a 12-year-old freezing cold take from Greg A. Bedard of the Boston Sports Journal.

Freezing Cold Takes resurfaced Bedard's tweet Sunday afternoon, prompting a direct response from Gronkowski.

Bedard was quick to respond to the Buccaneers tight end, tweeting that he would be happy to have a conversation explaining his past self. Check out the hilarious exchange from Thursday afternoon.

Of course, in April of 2010, it was impossible to imagine the remarkable career that Gronkowski would build for himself. However, Gronk proved every doubter, including Bedard wrong, and he continues to do so.

The young prospect out of Arizona wasn't a top pick in the 2010 NFL Draft, but he wasn't one of the last picks, either. The New England Patriots selected him 42nd overall, beginning his legacy with franchise quarterback Tom Brady that extended to the Buccaneers years later.

In his career, Gronk is a four-time Super Bowl champion, 2014 NFL Comeback Player of the Year, four-time First-team All-Pro, and five-time Pro-Bowler. In other words, it's safe to say that anyone who was “high on Arizona TE Gronkowski” back in 2010 knew what they were talking about.
