Tom Brady shocked a football loving nation when he decided to leave the New England Patriots for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, but he seems content.
How do I, some random Internet Scribbler, know this? Well, the GOAT and new Buccaneers QB said so himself on social media.
Excited, humble and hungry …if there is one thing I have learned about football, it’s that nobody cares what you did last year or the year before that…you earn the trust and respect of those around through your commitment every single day. I’m starting a new football journey and thankful for the @buccaneers for giving me an opportunity to do what I love to do. I look forward to meeting all my new teammates and coaches and proving to them that they can believe and trust in me…I have always believed that well done is better than well said, so I’m gonna not gonna say much more – I’m just gonna get to work! #Year1
Oh, Touchdown Tom Brady, you’re adorable!
The deal, by the way, is for two years.
Buccaneers gave QB Tom Brady a two-year contract, per source.

The Buccaneers have plenty of weapons for Tom Brady to work with. Some guys in the backfield. Others at the receiving positions. That’s the good news. The bad? Guys tend not to get better with age.
That being said, Tom Brady isn’t just some guy. He’s the GOAT. A Super Bowl winning (a billion times over) gunslinger, who is as cool as a cucumber. The Buccaneers are surely thrilled.
