Model Nina Agdal has taken legal action against Dillon Danis for posting sexually explicit content of her without her consent on social media, TMZ reports. Agdal, who is engaged to popular YouTuber and boxer Logan Paul, has been granted a temporary restraining order against Danis by a New Jersey Court.
The legal documents obtained by TMZ Sports state that Danis is prohibited from posting any content depicting or portraying Agdal that was never meant to be shared publicly or was obtained without her consent, whether through hacking her accounts or any other illegal means.
One of the posts in question, shared by Danis on August 11, contained a sexually explicit image of Nina Agdal from over a decade ago, which she claims was shared without her consent. The lawsuit alleges that Danis initially posted the photograph entirely uncensored and only removed it after Misfits Boxing, the promotion responsible for the upcoming fight between Logan Paul and Danis scheduled for October 14, threatened to cancel the bout unless he deleted the image.
Additionally, Agdal expressed her distress over other posts by Danis, including an August 28 tweet featuring a video of her discussing her desires during a period of celibacy from over six years ago.

Dillon Danis had been using these online attacks as a tactic to get under Logan Paul's skin in the lead-up to their upcoming fight.

This legal action highlights the growing concerns around privacy and consent in the age of social media, emphasizing the need to protect individuals from unauthorized and explicit content posted without their consent.
